June 27, 2016 Why Jane won, how we win in November
Why Jane won: Since Jane Kim pulled ahead in the June 7 State Senate race her opponent Scott Wiener has been making various excuses for why he didn’t win with a double digit margin. Read what political consultant Jim Stearns has to say, reported by Tim Redmond 6/26
How we win in November: One of the main reasons for progressive success in the recent DCCC election for control of the SF Democratic Party was a cohesive Reform Slate of candidates. The following candidates are the likely progressive slate of Supervisors for the November 8 election. Learn more about them and donate to their campaigns. (Note: June 30 is the last campaign finance reporting deadline for three months — if you are planning to support one or more of these candidates make your donation by Thursday, June 30.)
